Central to my philosophy is the belief in the power of teamwork, not just within product teams but across all facets of the org, particularly customer-facing teams.
My approach to design is pragmatic and biased to action. I embrace that the path forward isn’t usually straight — or even forward.
I believe in the duty to deliver quality at any stage of a product’s lifecycle. Shipping things quickly to learn is valuable, but it can’t come at the expense of amazing UX.
My adventure in design and leadership began with co-founding 7Geese, a platform designed to elevate employee engagement through continuous feedback, coaching, peer recognition, and OKR goal setting. Over nine years, I dedicated myself to making sure our product stood out for its exceptional user experience, leading our design team from the front and ensuring design was always a strategic focus at the executive level.
After our journey at 7Geese culminated in an acquisition by Paycor, I lead the design effort to rebrand and integrate the product into the Paycor Platform as Paycor Talent Development.
Together with some vets from 7Geese, I embarked on a new venture as a co-founder of Topicflow. There, I poured my passion into designing an app that turns work calendars into a full-featured collaboration platform. Although I’ve since stepped back from my day-to-day role at Topicflow, the drive to innovate and improve how teams work burns brightly.
